Postal charges are clearly shown within each listing, we try and send all our items out for free but if a postage fee has been incurred please take into account this includes the postage, handling and packing costs.

If you buy an item you have deemed to have accepted the shipping charges.

International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes; the customer is responsible for these fees.

Dispatch Times

We use for dispatched 99% of all our items, DPD and Hermes our the other 2 couriers we use to deliver items.

Our courier post aim to delivery within 1-3 working days

Terms & Conditions

By ordering a product with us, you accept these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. You should check regularly these Terms and Conditions before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations & Returns 

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched for a full refund. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning items unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Faulty and incorrect goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all applicable packaging intact. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All the returns are the responsibility of the customers. Any goods returned without an authorization number will NOT be processed. 

Returns and Refunds

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, not including the cost of delivery unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item has been dispatched.

Do this by contacting us via email or message, Quoting your order number and user name. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example if goods are faulty or miss-described if a fault happens within 28 days of delivery we will offer you a refund or a replacement will be sent out. We do not cover faults caused by incorrect fitting of the part, accident, wear and tear or misuse. A pre-paid returns packet will be dispatched if this happens.

We may change our Returns and Refunds policy at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
